John is our managing partner, and is both a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

He founded the business in 1983 which has today evolved into KCBS. Throughout this time he has remained committed to his ethos of taking a positive approach with clients to nurture long term relationships with them and to help them grow and develop their businesses.

Today he heads our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery division, KIS, providing prompt, effective and constructive advice to both individuals and companies experiencing financial difficulty.

John has acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience in this field; advising and accepting appointments from fellow professionals, lawyers, the general public and the High Court. He is also responsible for the maintenance of the high standards that the firm has engendered, and ensures that all partners and staff continue to work to maximum efficiency, in order to provide a positive approach to clients.

Amilios (Moss) Costa

Moss joined the Kelmanson Partnership in 1995 and today heads our Business and Company Solutions divisions, KCAS and KCS. He is committed to helping ambitious business owners and managers create a different and rewarding future for both their business and for themselves.

Before joining the practice, Amilios qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in the Owner Managed Business department of their London office.

His particular expertise is that of reporting partner for corporate clients, with an emphasis on management accounting and reporting systems for UK subsidiaries of larger foreign corporations. Amilios has also acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience in the field of personal and corporate tax expertise and also advises clients on Estate and Tax Planning.

He is also a member of the Audit Faculty and his expertise extends to accountancy and related compliance work.

Karyn Jones

Karyn became a partner at KCBS in May 2009, having demonstrated excellent technical and client facing skills since qualifying as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 2007. Prior to partnership she had been a senior manager in the business for six years. Karyn first gained experience with BDO Stoy Hayward and Leonard Curtis & Co.

She has developed an in depth technical knowledge and broad experience within the Insolvency industry and has a hands on involvement of all aspects of the firm's case load and practice management.

Karyn heads up our dedicated insolvency team in KIS covering corporate and individual procedures, and providing clients with prompt and constructive advice.

Andrew Demetriades

Andrew has recently become a partner at KCAS having been the senior accounts manager at our practice for some nine years. Prior to joining our organisation, Andrew gained experience within the banking industry and a medium sized West End firm of Chartered Accountants.

Andrew's speciality is advising and structuring SME's and the implementation and tailoring of accountancy software systems.

Andrew heads up our dedicated computer services team at KCAS covering corporate and individual procedures and providing clients with prompt and constructive advice.
